Sales Engineer, €130k
Our client, a leader in data security, is seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to support their sales team and partners across both new and existing opportunities. This role blends deep technical expertise with customer-facing engagement to deliver high-impact solutions that protect and manage critical data assets.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside Sales Representatives to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Integrate solutions into complex customer environments and manage all phases of product evaluations
- Support partner enablement and respond to RFPs and RFIs
- Represent the company at customer meetings, seminars, and industry events
- Clearly articulate the value of data governance solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Travel as needed, depending on the assigned territory
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 3–5 years in a customer-facing technical role
- Strong experience with Active Directory, Windows/Unix file systems, and Microsoft Exchange
- Exposure to cybersecurity technologies and concepts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate complex technical topics for diverse audiences
- Relevant certifications such as MCSE or MCP are preferred
