We’re looking for an OT Security Subject Matter Expert to provide expert consulting services and lead OT security initiatives. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in both security practice and consulting, with deep knowledge of OT cybersecurity. They should possess strong communication skills, a service-oriented approach, and a passion for cybersecurity. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage clients to evaluate their security posture, identify gaps, and develop OT Security strategies, policies, and implementation plans.
• Provide expert guidance on enhancing OT security, including internal training on best practices and risk mitigation.
• Deliver high-level insights and results to senior management.
• Develop tailored plans to address OT-specific cyber risks and vulnerabilities across various organizational levels.
• Collaborate with cyber teams to design and implement assessment tools, services, and best practices for OT Security.
• Serve as an SME on industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA networks, DCS, and Industrial IoT, maintaining expertise on ICS types, components, and communication protocols.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of methodologies to protect ICS/OT systems, adapting to evolving threats and technological advancements.

• Minimum 5 years of OT Security experience, including security architecture for ICS/OT.
• Experience in ICS/OT across sectors like energy, utilities, and critical infrastructure.
• Technical proficiency in configuring cybersecurity standards and controls within ICS/OT.
• At least 2 years of client-facing consulting experience or internal delivery in ICS/OT environments.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, such as NIST CSF, ISA/IEC 62443, and NERC-CIP.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, OSCP) or equivalent technical/military training.
• Experience with network security, including routers, firewalls, and cloud security in ICS/OT.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols, Active Directory, Exchange, Azure, and AWS (preferred).
• Strong presentation skills and ability to simplify technical information for client understanding.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Academic degree in Computer Science or related technical field (preferred).
• Willingness to travel extensively for on-site client collaboration.
