Solutions Architect (Incident Response) – $220K
Join a market-leading data security company as a Solutions Architect focused on Incident Response. In this high-impact role, you'll work with account teams and clients to solve complex security challenges, drive adoption of cutting-edge technologies, and support incident escalations.
Responsibilities:- At a technical level showcase the features and benefits of the incident response and MDR platform
- Guide customers in operationalizing threat detection
- Oversee MDR evaluations and product adoption
- Deliver presentations, product demos, and RFP responses
- Collect field feedback and collaborate with R&D
- Support sales in key security meetings and IR escalations
- Communicate product updates and roadmaps internally and externally
- Deep expertise in incident response and threat detection
- Strong knowledge of cloud and on-prem security
- Experience with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and identity systems (AD/Azure AD)
- Degree or certifications in cybersecurity, or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
