EMEA Renewals Manager, £120k

A leading organization is seeking an experienced Renewals Manager to drive its renewal strategy and lead a high-performing team in the EMEA Region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to mentor an EMEA based Renewal Team, optimize customer retention processes, and contribute to overall company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of Renewal Representatives, ensuring best practices and Salesforce utilization.
  • Provide mentorship on increasing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), negotiation techniques, and risk identification.
  • Engage in direct customer communication and renewal sales strategy planning.
  • Align with global leadership to innovate and implement renewal strategies.
  • Coach and assess team members to enhance performance and career development.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the renewal territory and support recruitment efforts.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record in team leadership and target attainment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
  • Expertise in CRM systems, renewal processes, and negotiation strategies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
