Email Security Solutions Architect, Remote, $225k

We are looking for an experienced Email Security Architect to join the team and drive the adoption of the cutting-edge email security solutions. In this role, you will work closely with both customers and internal teams to address business and technical challenges, demonstrate how our solutions fill security gaps, and help elevate our customers’ email security posture. You will also develop technical content, conduct product demos, and stay ahead of emerging trends in the email security landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Pre-Sales and Post-Sales teams to provide expert email security support
• Assess client business and technical needs and demonstrate how our solutions address their email security challenges
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and webinars
• Stay current on product updates and communicate new capabilities to internal teams and clients
• Create and deliver training and enablement materials for internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain a lab environment for hands-on demonstration of email security solutions
• Work closely with sales teams to identify customer needs and advocate for feature enhancements that drive value

Key Requirements:

• In-depth experience in Email Security, Email DLP, and Email Privacy
• Strong knowledge of Messaging and Email Architecture
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including executives
