APAC Renewals Sales Lead (Singapore based) Join a global leader in data security software as the first Renewals Sales Lead for APAC. This is a unique opportunity to shape and drive renewals in a high-growth region, working with teams across Singapore, ANZ and ASEAN. Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the full renewal cycle, ensuring high retention rates.
- Proactively build and nurture relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and capitalize on upsell/cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process.
- Collaborate with internal teams across Singapore, ANZ, and India to drive success.
- Track and report on renewal metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in renewals, sales, or account management (SDR backgrounds welcome).
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Background in cybersecurity or cloud preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven with a focus on renewal rates and customer satisfaction.
