PROBLEM
The level of skill required was much greater due to the fact the bank aimed at building out the division in a short space of time. New protocols and processes were needed to be implemented by the teams which were beyond the capabilities of the majority of potential candidates.
THE
SOLUTION
Implementing our in-house product, we completely took over the bank’s internal talent function, working on behalf of the bank from our own location for one flat project fee. As well as the overall supply of senior talent within the business we covered the enhancement of brand recognition and talent market presence. As part of the inhouse model, dedicating our entire NDKtech team to their project and the actions we took:
- Worked 121 with the recruitment manager to devise a resource plan covering: timeframes, talent pools, skillsets, niche headhunting and market mapping tactics.
- Using a unique blend of AI and emerging technology we filtered out talent pools for each niche skillset, giving us ultimate access to bespoke passive and active talent that no other recruitment business could.
- We devised a shortlist and used interview video technology to thoroughly pre-screen each candidate which was presented to the client. This allowed the client full transparency to the technical questions and answers but also the personality access. An in-depth interview meant the client knew they would fit into company culture, as well as possess the correct experience and skillset to thrive.
THE
RESULTS
Within 18 months, we successfully placed all individuals within a variety of tech roles. In this particular project using our in-house product, NDKtech provided £700,000 of cost savings when comparing it to a contingent project.
