The Solutions Architect will act as an expert in the field for an market leading data security company. This company are experiencing tremendous growth due to leading the market, YoY sales increasing and releases of new products to better the experience of their expansive customer base.
In this role, you will collaborate with account teams and clients to identify challenges in complex security environments, suggest solutions, and showcase the benefits of advanced security capabilities. They will stay updated on security best practices and the broader security solution landscape. Leveraging their expertise, they will educate customers, prospects, and team members on cutting-edge security strategies and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support Sales in key security meetings and incident response escalations
- Verify findings and coordinate investigations with customers and internal teams
- Assist strategic customers in operationalizing threat detection capabilities
- Oversee MDDR evaluations and drive adoption
- Identify business needs, demonstrate solutions, and fill security gaps
- Deliver presentations, showcase products, and conduct demonstrations
- Speak at events and respond to RFPs/RFIs
- Collect and analyze field feedback for R&D collaboration
- Communicate product updates to the field and customers
- Develop and deliver content to support sales, engineers, and customers
- Relay roadmap, timelines, and product features to Sales
Requirements
- Expertise in securing Cloud and Self-Hosted networks
- Highly knowledgeable of the incident response process
- Degree/certifications in cybersecurity or proven experience across operations (monitoring, detection, investigation, incident response)
- Knowledge of leading vendors in endpoint, network security, SIEM, and SOAR
- Experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory management and threat detection
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences
