Sales Engineering Manager – Cloud Security, $280k OTE

Join a global leader in cloud-based data security as a Sales Engineering Manager. We’re seeking a driven leader with a strong background in cloud or, ideally, cloud security. You’ll manage a high-performing team of Sales Engineers across North America, driving technical excellence and supporting enterprise sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and scale a regional Sales Engineering team
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align strategy
• Ensure high-quality technical pre-sales support and client engagement
• Develop team capabilities through mentoring and performance management

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering teams
• Strong technical background in cloud or cloud security
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills
• Based in North America with ability to travel as needed
