We’re looking for a GTM Operations Lead to design and run the systems that power our GTM engine. We’ve got strong traction and now need someone to turn the moving parts into a repeatable, scalable machine.
You’ll be at the heart of how deals move: pipeline design, sales handoffs, forecasting, and customer lifecycle workflows. You’ll partner directly with sales, deployment and marketing to make sure our funnel runs with precision, speed, and intelligence.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain the core systems for pipeline management, forecasting, and post-sale workflows — from first meeting to renewal.
- Design automations and processes that improve deal velocity, enforce rigor, and give visibility into risks/opportunities.
- Own the GTM stack: connect our tools into a single cohesive system (CRM, enrichment, outbound, contract tracking) and evolve it as we scale.
- Partner with Sales, Deployment, and Marketing to translate business needs into clean, scalable workflows.
- Build reporting and dashboards that keep leadership aligned on pipeline health, stage conversion, and forecast accuracy.
- Lay the foundation for a future revenue operations team by documenting processes, setting standards, and creating reusable playbooks.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in GTM operations, revenue operations, or sales architecture at a fastmoving B2B tech company.
- Experience building or owning systems that support sales pipelines, proposals, and customer lifecycle operations.
- Comfort working directly with non-technical teams and translating messy problems into structured workflows.
- Strong grasp of GTM tools (CRM, data enrichment, automation) and ability to get hands-on with integrations.
- Analytical mindset — you know how to surface insights, not just track data.
- Scrappy, curious, and experimental — you like to tinker and figure out the clever path to system design.
- Excited about the role of AI and automation in making GTM faster and smarter.
