Are you passionate about solving complex technical problems that others can’t crack? We’re looking for an Escalation Engineer to join our global engineering team and serve as the bridge between Support, QA, and Development—driving solutions for the most challenging product issues.

As an Escalation Engineer, you’ll tackle high-priority technical cases, deep-dive into product code, and ensure that our customers receive timely, high-quality resolutions. You’ll work in a dynamic environment with evolving technologies, contributing to the stability, scalability, and performance of our enterprise-grade solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Investigate, reproduce, and resolve complex technical issues escalated from Support teams.
• Collaborate closely with Development, QA, and Product teams to identify root causes and implement fixes or workarounds.
• Develop diagnostic and tracing tools to streamline future troubleshooting efforts.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and internal documentation to improve organizational efficiency.
• Monitor recurring issues and work with engineering teams to drive long-term solutions.
• Participate in post-mortems and continuous improvement processes to enhance customer experience.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering or technical escalation roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Solid understanding of server-side systems—including auditing, data streaming, encryption, compression, and load balancing.
• Experience with Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, and enterprise file or data systems.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, debug, and resolve intricate code-level issues.
• Excellent communication skills for working cross-functionally with Support, QA, and Engineering teams.
