Account Manager, Web3 Security
A security company founded by engineers who helped build and secure core Web3 infrastructure. Today, they're building an all encompassing security platform for Web3.
We’re looking for a Sales-focused Account Manager to grow and deepen relationships with existing clients. This role is all about expansion: spotting upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving renewals, and helping customers get more value as their needs evolve. You’ll act as the main point of contact, work closely with technical teams, and use your product and security knowledge to position the right solutions.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS, tech, or security sales/account management
- Proven success with renewals, upsells, and account growth
- Comfortable discussing technical concepts with clients
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Interest or experience in security or blockchain is a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed
