Recruiting multiple level 2 & 3 SOC Analysts across multiple states with a short deadline was an expected challenge, particularly keeping in line with the business's global resource plan.

SOLUTION
We recognised that our network was the first point of call, engaging with regional directors to simultaneously kick-off regional multi-state recruitment drives. Our immediate network of exceptional talent provided a quality shortlist with video interviews. We then delved deeper into a candidate talent pool, taking to headhunt from the competition. This was achievable in the given time frame due to the utilisation of our immediate technology stack, which allowed us to pre-screen with video interviews and tick off desired skillset and cultural fit before presenting the candidate.

RESULTS
By adopting our Enterprise Bundle product, we successfully delivered the headcount quota in each US State on time. We now have been further retained for critical hires across the company's Security Engineering divisions.
